Removal of outdoor units to allow for expansion of office space
One of our regular customers, a North East Steel Stockholders has requested that we remove existing outdoor units from a flat roof to allow for an office extension. The 7 outdoor Daikin units, which we have installed over a number of years, will eventually be re-located and added to when the building work is completed. We had a 'fun' day on the roof in the pouring rain as we pumped down, disconnected the refrigeration and electrical services and sealed the units before they were craned off the roof. Now waiting for the extension completion when we can re-install/add to the systems.
